By purchasing any item from the website you are declaring that you are aware of how the products are to be used, thus we claim no responsibility if any product is misused due to negligence.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order. Bank holidays are not considered a working day.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and confirms that these have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels. Requested safe spaces: If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour and this goes missing, we will not be liable or required to take further action.

In the event of customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.

Due to strict hygiene regulations BLACK RED COSMETICS LTD cannot accept the return of scissors, clippers, razors, hair extensions that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition. A signature may be required upon receipt of all orders.
